Park residents matter! We urgently need reforms designed to fix key concerns such as unclear contracts, lack of maintenance transparency, and residents being financially trapped by continuing to pay site rent after vacating their homes.

Delaying these protections exposes thousands of Queensland retirees, many on low or fixed incomes, to housing uncertainty and stress.
