We're making it easier for locals to access public transport with our new On Demand Transport trial.

This was a commitment I made at the State election in 2020 and I’m pleased to let everyone know that this service launched in March 2022.

Locals within the Nerang West, Highland Park and Pacific Pines areas will be able to be picked up at a time that suits them - either from their home or a pickup point nearby to key shopping or public transport hubs in your ‘Roam Zone’.

Roam Zone A includes Pacific Pines and parts of Oxenford, Maudsland and Gaven.

Roam Zone B includes Nerang (west)/Highland Park and parts of Worongary.

In Roam Zone A you can travel to/from:
• Pacific Pines Town Centre
• Helensvale station
• Westfield Helensvale

In Roam Zone B you can travel to/from:
• Nerang station
• Nerang Mall
• Nerang Town Centre (multiple stops)
• My Centre Nerang
• Nerang Fair

The trial operates every day of the week and is pre-booked to make it more convenient.
